Change Manager – CRM (6-Month Contract)
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Change Manager – CRM role with a leading values-driven organisation that operates across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a Salesforce CRM implementation, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition for staff and stakeholders.
The role
As the Change Manager, you'll design and execute the change management strategy to drive adoption, minimise disruption, and deliver long-term benefits.
You'll lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training design, process documentation, and post-implementation support – working closely with project sponsors, business leads, and delivery partners.

What we're looking for
Proven experience leading change management for large-scale technology projects (CRM experience highly regarded).

Familiarity with Salesforce (ideally Nonprofit Cloud) or comparable CRM systems.
Ability to influence, build trust, and foster adoption across multiple teams.
Background in not-for-profit, fundraising, or values-driven organisations is advantageous but not essential.
