We are looking for experienced chefs and cooks for our clients based out of Eumundi & Maroochydore QLD. The positions are full-time, offering a salary of $70k-$80K per year + Superannuation, depending on experience and the position.
In these hands-on roles, the chosen candidates must:
* Ensure food preparation and quality are of the highest standard possible
* Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines
* Maintain hygiene standards
* Keep the kitchen clean and organized during and after service
* Assist the head chef with cost control and help meet budgeted profit and targets
* Work independently and harmoniously with the team
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in prep and à la carte (Lunch & Dinner)
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Experience in fast-paced, service-oriented venues
* A passion for food and guest satisfaction
* Good knowledge of food hygiene practices
* The ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
