The Internal Sales and Office Administration role is an expansion on an existing position to support the growing requirements of our sales force and customers.
**The Role**
- Supporting the team preparing sales documents
- Processing jobs/orders
- Answering phones and online enquiries
- Consulting with transport companies to organise deliveries
- Supporting the Managing Director prepare sales documents, formatting, proofing
- Sales/Marketing Data entry and reporting
- Managing product listings on various websites we advertise on
- General Office Duties

- Average to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
