Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to our Director. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and is comfortable supporting both office-based tasks and occasional on-site activities.
* Collate warranty and induction documentation and submit to relevant parties
* Track installations and liaise with installers as required
* Cross-check invoices from suppliers
This opportunity involves providing administrative coordination including data entry, filing, photocopying, document management. You will also assist the Director with reminders, task follow-ups, coordination.
About You:
1. You operate as a contractor with your own ABN
You have proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
Comfortable working in-office (this is not a remote role).
The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Highly organised individuals who work well under pressure should apply for this position.
Your daily tasks may include assisting clients over the phone; inputting information into databases,
paperwork general administration duties by completing handover procedures taking notes during meetingsand recording correspondence received via email post etc.,
