Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to oversee production and material planning across multiple product lines at various facilities. This individual will be responsible for demand planning through the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, requiring strong collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supply chain management, operations, and inventory control.
The successful candidate will manage and direct all members of the planning and production control team, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across 4 manufacturing sites. Additionally, they will mentor and assist in the development of staff members, preparation of management/executive scorecards, and participation in management meetings and operational reviews.
* Lead the SIOP process within Business Units and Sites
* Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
* Monitor delivery and lead improvement activities
* Work on and lead inventory management activities to ensure inventory targets are met
Required skills and qualifications include advanced degrees and 4+ years of experience working in one or more of the following fields: engineering, purchasing, material or production planning, operations or supply chain management, master production scheduling.
