About you: To be successful in this role, you will be a Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You will bring a strong clinical background with a proven ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing are required, along with a commitment to delivering person-centred care with a customer-focused approach. You will have well-developed clinical skills, including assessment, analysis, and care planning, as well as a clear understanding of aged and healthcare practices. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and a leadership style that aligns with our organisational values and behaviours are essential.
