About the Role
We are seeking passionate, caring and emotionally intelligent professionals to support children and youth with daily living activities. You'll be working directly with participants in their homes and community, helping them maintain independence and achieve their personal goals.
* Provide one-on-one support to children and youth with complex behavioural needs
* Build positive relationships through engaging, structured activities
* Implement behaviour support strategies under professional guidance
* Promote independence, emotional regulation and skill-building
* Support may include transport to appointments and community participation

* Confident, calm and professional under pressure
* Naturally outgoing, energetic and able to build rapport with children and youth
* Empathetic and love to provide emotional support
* A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Committed to empowering participants and upholding their choice and control
* Positive with a resilient approach to challenges
Essential Criteria:
* Experience supporting children and young people with high support needs
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Full working rights in Australia
