**About the New Centre**:
- Licence per day: 94
- Open and Close times: 6.30am and 6.30pm
- Address: 16-18 Braemar Drive, Strathalbyn SA
- Rooms: Nursery 1 & 2, Toddler 1 & 2, Pre-Kindy 1 and Kindy 1
- Date due to open: Early March 2025
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the 2IC (Second-in-Charge), collaborating closely with the Centre Director to drive our centre's vision.
- Mentor and Guide educators, promoting professional growth and excellence in educational practices.
- Lead Room Teams as a Team Leader, creating strong connections with children, families, and staff.
- Float Across Rooms to offer hands-on support and ensure smooth, consistent daily operations.
- Focus on Centre Management Tasks during non-contact time, including rostering, team development, and compliance.
- Assist with Performance Management and promote a positive, supportive workplace culture.
- Serve as a Go-To Resource for the Centre Director and the entire team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
**What You Bring**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Leadership experience in early childhood education, with a strong grasp of EYLF and NQS.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and inspiring educators to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable leadership style.
- A proactive, positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional educational experiences.
