**_Job Description_**
Seeking an experienced Sales consultant with knowledge in investment property sales and clientele liaison. All properties are sold sight unseen, similar to off-the-plan sales. Top-tier investment properties are sourced by the director and the sales consultants sell the property to their prospective clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet with clients for discovery sessions
- Understanding of demand to supply ratio & loan to deposit ratio
- Prospecting and database calling
- Oversee sales from beginning to end
- Hold prospecting and discovery events for potential clients
- Liaise with clients and in-house brokers to ascertain borrowing capacity
- Condition buyers and maintain relationships with clients
- Get advice to buyers on their investment property purchase
- Set appointments with clients to discuss strategies regarding to the buying process

- Real Estate Sales experience
- Must hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Ability to create rapport easily
- Hungry to sell and make money
- Ability to travel regularly interstate for business meetings
