The Opportunity
As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0–5 years. You will work collaboratively with our centre's educators and support staff to provide high-quality care and education.

About You – What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, and eager to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Early Childhood Qualifications: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Experience Working with Young Children: A proven track record of working with children aged 0–5 in early learning environments, creating safe, supportive, and playful spaces.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with families, team members, and documenting learning.
* Safety Certifications: Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
