Carworks Group currently have a position available for a Service Receptionist to join our busy team. This is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role you will be expected to:

* Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries.
* Process repair orders and invoices
* Daily work schedule
* Customer contact
* Perform clerical duties

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

* High attention to detail
* Well organised
* Excellent computer skills
* Able to work in a team environment
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Be willing to learn
* Neat and tidy appearance
* A friendly attitude

You will receive ongoing training and support to help you achieve your goals.
