If you've got a truck licence and a roller ticket, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate trucks to transport materials to job sites
* Run a roller to compact surfaces and ensure smooth road finishes
* Assist with general roadworks and repairs
* Maintain and clean machinery and equipment
* Follow safety procedures and ensure site cleanliness
* Work with the team to meet deadlines and complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
* Valid truck licence - HR or Above
* Roller RII ticket
* Previous experience in road construction or similar industry (preferred)
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in all weather conditions
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely on site
* Physical fitness for manual labour tasks
* Own transport to get to the job site
