As Manager, CEO Office, you will support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the Agency's strategic priorities and strengthen organisational alignment across the Future Fund.Working closely with the Director, CEO Office, you'll provide strategic advice, analysis and operational support across significant cross Agency initiatives. You'll play a key role in translating complex, often ambiguous issues into clear insights, enabling informed decision making at the most senior levels of the organisation.This role offers broad exposure across the Agency, meaningful engagement with senior leaders, and the opportunity to have tangible impact on organisational effectiveness, culture and long term outcomes.***Key Responsibilities***As Manager, CEO Office, your key responsibilities will include:* Contribute to the development of the Future Fund's three year organisational strategy and annual business planning processes, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team as custodians of strategy* Gather, analyse and synthesise internal and external inputs to provide clear, evidence based strategic advice* Identify, scope, support and monitor cross Agency initiatives and special projects* Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation to strengthen alignment and foster a joined up culture* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support the planning, execution and delivery of strategic initiatives* Provide timely advice, updates and briefing materials to the Director, CEO Office and the CEO to support decision making* Prepare high quality briefing papers and presentations for executives and the Board, with consideration of the investment mission, portfolio context and investment process* Support the effective prioritisation and management of CEO Office workflows, enabling the CEO to focus on high value impact and engagement* Facilitate continuous improvement of CEO Office processes to improve decision flow, information quality and governance discipline, including through leveraging AI* Support CEO Office engagement with external stakeholders, including peers, investment managers, experts, partners and government counterparts* Identify emerging trends and best practice relevant to organisational priorities and long term institutional investing* Undertake targeted research, internal analysis and external benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives and advice***About You***We're looking for a strategic, collaborative professional who is comfortable operating at senior levels and enjoys working on complex, organisation wide challenges. You'll bring strong judgement, discretion and an ability to cut through ambiguity while maintaining a whole of Agency perspective.You'll be trusted to handle sensitive matters, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated by delivering high quality outcomes that support long term organisational success.To be successful in this role, you will bring:* A formal tertiary qualification, with a degree in economics, commerce or finance well regarded* A strong understanding of a professional investment environment, ideally gained within an institutional investor or investment management context* Demonstrated experience supporting a senior, time poor executive in a corporate or government environment* Proven ability to work collaboratively across senior stakeholders and foster effective partnerships* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in clear, simple terms and a high attention to detail* Sound judgement and discretion, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters* Comfort working in complex, evolving environments with competing priorities and ambiguityPlease note that the opportunity is open to Australian citizens only.***We Are For Everyone***At Future Fund, we are better for our differences.
