As a **Restaurant Supervisor **at **88 Noodle Bar**, you will be responsible for maintaining operations of the outlet and monitoring optimal customer service levels whilst acting as an escalation point for frontline staff. The role assists the Management team in team participation, leadership, innovation and financial evaluation to ensure top quality service is provided to customers at all times.
**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role
- A desire and dedication to promote and represent the Crown brand.
- Must hold a current unrestricted Approved Managers License
- Demonstrated leadership experience in empowering and managing people and diverse groups.
- Proven experience in managing projects and priorities to meet business outcomes.
- Experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive off the high-pressure nature of running a successful restaurant.
- High commitment to exceeding customer service standards.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and conflict negotiation skills
