What are we looking for? The Class Actions practice group is seeking a number of highly motivated Graduate or first year Lawyers to become permanent members of its team during. These opportunities have been created by organic growth within the practice group driven by the number of existing class actions and those in the pipeline.The Class Actions team specialises in both commercial and common law representative proceedings. You will work within either the Melbourne or Sydney based teams that have built up expertise and a strong track record in this area of practice. As a Graduate or early-career Lawyer you can expect to be an active team member of one or two actions as well as to assist in the investigation of potential claims.
