The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to Company owner MR Edward. This role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of time.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues.
- **Communication**:
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure travel plans align with preferences and budget constraints.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
- **Task Prioritization**:
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
- **Special Projects**:
- Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $52,572.16 - $95,709.85 per year
