Tip Top Carrara are currently seeking Full Time Production Operators to join the team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Roster : Night Shift Available.
Purpose of the Role
* Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
* Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
* Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
* Have a strong safety mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
* Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
