We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated IT Support Officer to join a friendly close-knit team at a trainee level.

About the Role
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager you will provide first level support for employees on a day to day basis. You will have a natural aptitude towards IT, learning and the ability to think analytically with strong customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor the IT Helpdesk System and update customers on progress during problem resolution
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, networking, printing, POS, Phone System, Video Conferencing, etc.) across multiple sites and time zones
Onboard and offboard users and objects in Active Directory and Office365 Admin Portal
Train and undertake inductions for new users - including preparing induction material and conducting face to face as well as remote inductions & training.
Maintain knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incidents volume.
Proactively document procedures and maintain IT records
Procure, configure, maintenance and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, video conference equipment etc.
**Skills and Experience**:
Genuine interest in Information Technology and continuous learning to keep ahead of the game
Knowledge of IT hardware and its configurations
IT troubleshooting knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
