We Require a Property Manager who has:
The ability to learn and grow.
Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.
Your role will include:
- Managing the current rent roll with minimal supervision
- Lease renewals and vacates
- Bond lodgment and disbursements
- No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
- An assistant to conduct routines
Structure and Salary:
You'll be required to work a standard 38 hr week. 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am - 4:00pm Friday.
Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience
We will add Super to your salary and a car and phone is provided for out of office requirements
