* Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
* Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
* Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
* Strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a positive "can‑do" attitude.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead/manger and motivate a team.
* Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
* Ability to gain RMLV/approved manager's license.
* RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint experience is advantageous
Job Description –
* Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, breakfast operations, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands‑on approach.
* Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
* Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
* Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
* monitor the motels budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
* Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
