About The Role
As a valued member of the Marketing team, you'll deliver genuine service to your key stakeholders, working closely with others, because we know we're better together. This role is responsible for delivering meaningful customer journey communications across Captain's Choice, Botanica, and Antarctica Flights. You'll play a key part in enhancing our guests' experience, supporting retention, reducing cancellations, and driving incremental sales through personalised email campaigns. You'll also coordinate merchandise and documentation across our brands and collaborate closely with internal teams to bring our journeys to life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate customer journey communications across Captain's Choice, Botanica and Antarctica Flights.
Create engaging pre-departure and sales-driving email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Maintain and optimise existing automated email journeys.
Coordinate brand documentation and merchandise with internal teams and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with Product, Guest Relations, and Marketing teams to enhance the guest experience.
About You
This is an entry level role suited to a marketing graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience.
Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not essential.
Customer-centric, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
Able to manage multiple tasks, take ownership, and work hands-on.
Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
