The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Part Time/Casual Bartender with a genuine passion for cocktails and fine beverages. With a focus on local products and international classics, you will be able to share your expertise with guests and colleagues alike.
* Previous experience working in luxury hotels or cocktail bars is highly desirable.
* A deep understanding of unique food and beverage products is essential.
* You must be able to gauge customers' preferences and deliver a tailored drinking experience.
* Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills are necessary.
* Immaculate personal presentation standards and attention to detail are required.
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is mandatory.
* Wine and Spirit Education Trust or Court of Master Sommeliers certification is highly desirable.
* Full working rights in Australia are essential.
* Flexibility is crucial as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
