As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing established accounts in the nominated Melbourne Southeast territory while expanding our footprint through prospecting and new business development activity.
About the Role

You will have the autonomy to develop and execute sales strategies, identify process improvement opportunities, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant skills and experience gained through Internal/External Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
* Experience in Packaging and/or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and solution-focused approach
* Clear and personable communication skills, with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capability
