Supporting a team of plumbers, you will be working alongside the owners and another admin assistant in the daily operations of the business to achieve a smooth, friendly and prompt experience for our customers.
The opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who lives locally. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, efficient and detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment. An immediate start is available.
Job Role:
* Taking phone calls and responding to email bookings in a friendly and professional manner
* Scheduling jobs via our job management software
* Preparing upcoming jobs by ordering materials, booking subcontractors and hiring equipment
* Liaising with our plumbers and other team members throughout the day as required
* Supportive administration tasks
* Invoicing and quoting

Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of Administration experience
* Drivers license
* Admin Trade experience a plus
* Marketing experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Customer service experience
* High levels of self-motivation
