About This Role
As a casual Pharmacist, you will deliver high‐quality pharmacy services across clinical and operational streams at our Horsham and/or Stawell campuses on a flexible, casual basis. You will be part of a supportive team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
* Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
* Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other staff
* Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
Skills and Experience
* Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
* Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
