Our dynamic Insurance Client is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Account Executive to work closely with their Corporate Clients.
You will be working alongside experienced Executives who will guide and coach you to develop potential new relationships.
We are looking for someone with the drive and confidence to continually grow your portfolio of clients.
Contacting business clients, either over the phone or face to face, will be an advantage.
* Contacting new and lapsed clients
* Identifying new Clients to contact
* Initiating relationships, by telephone and face to face
* Researching and understanding your prospective Clients requirements
* Arranging, preparing and attending external meetings with clients
* Liaison with the team over presentation of proposal documents
* Preparing and submitting proposals to Clients
Responsibilities Include:
1. Continuously identify opportunities to build rapport with new and existing clients
2. Maintain and develop a comprehensive knowledge of client needs and preferences
3. Prepare and present high-quality proposals to clients
4. Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
5. Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the sales process
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ambition, self-confidence, excellent communication skills, strong desire to develop business in a professional sales capacity, hardworking and highly self-motivated approach, and a desire to build an Insurance career are essential for this role.
