Service Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for our state-based business by managing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new reactive and breakdown jobs in the system.
* Review new quotes and ensure deployment forecast is accurate.
* Technician's workload planning and support the Fulfillment Manager.
* Following internal credit and services processes.
* Process Purchase Orders for service activities and liaise with credit function.
* Manage work-related reports and timesheets.
* Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Qualifications or experience in administration (desirable).
* A self-motivated individual with focus who takes ownership of tasks.
* Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Liaise with customers/suppliers and coordinate resolution of issues or queries arising in a timely and effective manner.
* High-developed customer focus.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Good computer skills.
