Culture and Engagement Leader

This is a strategic role ideal for someone with expertise in employee survey programs, stakeholder engagement and cultural development.
* Design, deliver and evaluate the employee survey program.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to cascade results and drive action planning.
* Support the implementation of new organisational listening tools.
* Develop and implement engaging culture initiatives that bring our culture to life.
* Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
* Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders and regulators.
* Contribute to the development of learning and DEI programs through data-driven insights.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

* Strong growth mindset with coaching and mentoring experience.
* Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms.
* Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
