Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a project manager or supervisor in the water/wastewater industry.
* Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
