Job Responsibilities
* Manage ward/unit operations efficiently, including staffing management, performance monitoring, and financial planning.
* Develop and maintain effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
* Foster growth and development of junior staff members, ensuring they meet high practice standards.
* Contribute to operational improvements and strategic planning alongside the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager.

Requirements
