Pay Rate: $49.65 - $52.05 per hour
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic government team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and support to leadership and staff.
* Assist with workforce planning, employee relations, and policy implementation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
* Government HR experience is essential (Health sector experience preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
