Workfast is currently seeking experienced 2nd Class Welders to join our team in Pinkenba, QLD. Our client is a global manufacturing business with operations across Australia and, due to a strong increase in workload, is
expanding their workforce for an immediate start.

This is an ongoing casual role offering full-time hours, regular overtime, and the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Requirements
* Trade-qualified or experienced 2nd Class Welder
* Ability to read and follow basic welding plans and instructions
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG welding and general fabrication tasks
* Follow all site safety and quality procedures
* Assist with general workshop and labouring duties as required
* Ensure welds meet required standards and specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Carry out additional duties as directed by the Site Manager
