You will be a vital part of our team, supporting clients through their home-building journey from contract signing to handover.
Your role will involve managing communication between clients, sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating colour selections approvals, timelines, and updates with clients.
* Ensuring clients stay informed and supported at every stage, including regular photo updates.
* Maintaining accurate records in our systems.
Working closely with our Construction Manager and Supervisors is essential to keep things moving smoothly.
In this role, you will be a reassuring voice that turns stress into confidence for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in residential building, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
* Strong administrative and coordination skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
