Benefits
To $75,000 + super pro rata DOE + take home car & fuel
Part time role - approx 25 hours
Work Hours
Monday afternoons, Tuesday afternoons, All day Thursday and either Saturday or Sunday - Must be able to work weekends.
The Role
Assisting Property Manager with onboarding new properties, meeting photographers at vacant properties, checking ads and photos, posting ads, conducting open houses, liaising with PMs to give feedback from viewings – no application processing.
Ideal Experience
* Experience in real estate is not essential, but a great attitude and enthusiasm are
* Full training and support provided
* Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
* Exceptional communication and multi tasking skills
* Helpful and approachable with an eye for detail
* Can do attitude and helpful nature
