Due to transformation changes across the business, an opportunity has now arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to design & deliver people solutions including change management, transformation, talent management & culture, across Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, R&D & other department groups. About the Opportunity Key responsibilities include the following: Design & deliver HR Operational Plans for assigned client groups aligned with key HR Stakeholders. Support Business Leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, R&D & other business groups. Deliver people solutions including Change Management, Talent Management, IR, & Organisational Design. Effectively influence & build key relationships with Senior Leaders & People Managers on a range of HR people issues. Provide coaching for development & implement people processes, programs & initiatives for designated client groups. Develop & implement new HR concepts to solve business challenges, proactively using data analytics for trends and insights. About You Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field is essential. Sound HR Management experience in OD/HR Business Consulting Roles within global corporate environment. Strong Leadership contributing in OD, Change Management, Talent Management & Culture. Solution oriented with proven track record in change & transformation. Ability to solve complex business problems & manage large projects. Well Developed interpersonal, organisational & analytical skills. Superior key stakeholder engagement at all levels.
