We're on a mission to revolutionize the travel industry by providing exceptional service and bespoke experiences for our clients. As a Senior Entertainment Specialist, you'll play a key role in making this vision a reality.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs. This will involve analysing all inquiries and requests received from clients and providing expert advice on the best options to offer.
Additionally, you'll formulate complex logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met. You'll also be responsible for fully servicing all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
Other key responsibilities include ensuring all air, rail, hotel, and/or other ancillary reservations meet company expectations, maintaining accurate booking files, and reporting, investigating, and resolving errors or client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.

Our ideal candidate has a BS or BA degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience. A minimum of 4 years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high demand clientele is preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues are essential. GDS experience (Travelport preferred) is also highly desirable.
Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients and/or group travel is highly valued. We're looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
