Administrative Assistant / Account Clerk

The Role
As a fulltime, Administrative / Accounts Clerk in our Southwestern Sydney Office, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and continued impact to our Firm.
Your Duties:
Work as a dedicated team member with our senior accounting and financial staff in successfully managing the day-to-day administrative and general accounts functions which includes.
Account Receivable and collections
Invoicing / billing clients
High levels of data entry and processing
Reconciling transactions
Assistant in the monthly reporting cycles
Customer service and general administrative functions along with documentation
About You:
Proven experience working within similar role in a busy work environment.
A high-level of emotional awareness and the empathy in dealing with people.
You must also be an excellent communicator both written and verbal that is present in all your dealings.
Be flexible and have the ability to multitask across all areas of work.
Accurate typing skills with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of associated products.
A strong eye for detail in all your work.
Organised with good time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
