About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice to our members.
* A competitive rate of pay, including superannuation and penalty rates
* A full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek
* Rostered hours between Monday and Friday, with a rostered weekday off each fortnight and every second Saturday
