Full‑time, Continuing. Faculty: Enterprise Technology. Department: Business Services. Salary: UOM 8 $125,191 – $135,504 p.a. plus 17% super.

Responsibilities
* Application Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, including business rules, client scripts, and workflows to meet complex business requirements.
* Platform Management: Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and patches across production and non‑production environments, ensuring system integrity and auditability.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, implement preventative maintenance, and lead enhancements to meet high client satisfaction KPIs.
* Collaboration: Work closely with scrum teams and stakeholders across the university to plan, design, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications / What we are looking for
* Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with extensive experience in large‑scale implementations.
* Strong background in enterprise application development and relevant ServiceNow certifications.
* Experience with system integration, web services, and service‑oriented architecture.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead multi‑functional teams in resolving complex issues.
