**The Role**:
You will be responsible for assisting the Property Managers with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk.
- Directing calls & messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Be the face of the company
- Administration Support for Property Management Team
- Keeping from Reception area neat & tidy
- Organising mail, scanning & filing
- Monday - Friday
- **CURRENT Certificate of Registration - Essential**:
- **Previous Real Estate Experience**:
- Excellent phone manner
- Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team
- Professional presentation & motivated attitude
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
