Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery within the steel production process
* Maintain quality and safety standards at all times
* Conduct regular machine checks and perform basic maintenance
* Follow production schedules and meet output targets
* Keep work areas clean, organised and safety compliant
* Assist with administrative tasks during quieter periods (data entry, basic documentation, filing, scheduling support, etc.)
* Support warehouse and production teams as required

Requirements
* Previous machine operation or production experience (steel industry desirable but not essential)
* Forklift and warehouse experience highly regarded
* Willingness to learn and develop hands‐on manufacturing skills
* Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
* Ability to work well within a team and meet production targets
* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
* Comfortable performing admin duties when required (basic computer skills, paperwork accuracy, etc.)
* Flexibility to support overtime when needed
