Job Role:
* As a retail operations leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of a retail store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
* You will work closely with staff to develop strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting goals and priorities, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching.
* In this role, you will also be responsible for reviewing and implementing visual merchandising and pricing strategies to ensure optimal product display and profitability.
