The Work As a Business Strategy Manager, you are at the very heart of our business. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a core member of our growing Strategy team, working side by side with clients on their mostplex problems. As a leader in our team, you will have the opportunity to: Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders. Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative way. Coach and mentor others. Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges. Desired Skills and Experience 5+ years experience in strategy consulting. Track record of leading and managing high performing teams. Strong strategy technical skills - qualitative and quantitative analysis,plex problem solving, industry or functional experience. First class written and verbalmunication skills. Excellent academic records. Master's degree preferred.
