About the role:
Our Dilapidation team is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Port Melbourne on a 18-month fixed term contract. In this role you'll play a key role in managing enquiries and quotes, coordinating surveys, and supporting seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. You'll oversee survey scheduling, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high‐quality reporting and data management across the team, helping us deliver exceptional service with every project.
In this role you will:
· Manage enquiries, quotes, tender reviews, pricing, and follow‐ups, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
· Plan and schedule surveys, coordinate with Survey Coordinators, and oversee all related correspondence.
· Oversee end‐to‐end reporting, including updates, revisions, tracking, and thorough accuracy checks.
· Identify and implement process improvements across scheduling, access planning, and reporting workflows.
· Conduct field dilapidation surveys, ensuring precise capture and prompt upload of imagery.
· Maintain compliance with BMS and HSEQ requirements, including duty of care, hazard reporting & risk assessment management.
You'll thrive in our team if you have:
· Previous experience in an administration role
· Strong attention to detail, reliable and self‐motivated, with the ability to work confidently both independently and in a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Tech‐savvy, adaptable, and proactive in problem‐solving
· Dilapidation survey experience highly regarded
