About the roles Contract positions available across multiple councils Field-based, community-facing work including: Parking and traffic enforcement Local laws compliance Animal management Planning enforcement Community safety Litter management Immediate and upcoming starts Key duties Conduct patrols in line with council policies and legislation Issue infringements and warnings where appropriate Respond professionally to customer enquiries, complaints and incidents Educate the community about parking regulations and local laws Prepare accurate reports, notes and evidence Liaise with internal council teams and external stakeholders To be successful you will have Previous experience as a Parking Officer and/or Local Laws Officer within local government Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and enforcement procedures Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Clear written and verbal communication skills A current Victorian driver’s licence Apply now to be considered for current and upcoming contract opportunities.
