Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this Australian owned and run residential wealth advisory has been operating successfully for over 15 years. With their niche sitting in near-complete or recently-completed off the plan apartments, townhouses and house & land properties, they have a solid research team to guide purchasing across Australia depending on where the greatest value and returns will be for their clients.
**Role**:
In this role you will research and analyse the residential investment property market and industry trends nationally, and identify high growth investment property opportunities to build a strong pipeline of stock for the business / their clients. Specifically you will:
- Conduct detailed research and analysis across the national residential marketplace to identify market trends and provide insights on high growth investment property opportunities
- Provide superior market insights, market and project analysis, property investment modelling and presentations to the team to determine which capital city and city suburbs are best placed to outperform the marketplace and deliver the highest growth opportunities for their clients
- Collate and present market data, research and trends to team, clients and developers
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Manage, develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, developers and supply partners
**About You**:
- 2-5 years' analyst experience in the national residential property industry
- A background in valuations, buyers' agency, property research, town planning or property acquisitions
- Demonstrated proficiency with undertaking analysis of data and information, financial modelling and property valuation and investment recommendations
- Experience with respected, leading property industry data sources, such as BIS Oxford Economics, RP Data, Residex, ABS or other
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Property, Economics, or Finance
- Strong quantitative modelling skills / Advance Excel knowledge
