Job Overview
The Stock Controller plays a pivotal role in warehouse operations, ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered with precision.
* Loading trucks efficiently and safely
* Receiving, putting away, and rotating stock
* Maintaining tidy and accurate bin locations
* Performing duties in freezer environments (down to -25°C)
* Supporting warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols
* Working overtime when required to meet demand
* Assigning new stock lines a bin allocation
* Investigating discrepancies and adjustments and reporting outcomes
* Acting accordingly to reduce warehouse expenses through minimizing damages and wastage
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A strong work ethic and physical readiness
* Previous warehouse experience (a plus)
* Good communication and time management skills
* Computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* A valid forklift license with reach experience (essential)
* Comfortable working across freezer, chiller, and dry areas
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (if required)
