* Conduct one-on-one phone consultations with potential students to understand their career goals.
* Recommend suitable training options tailored to individual aspirations.
* Provide tools for success in the chosen career path.
* Convert generated leads into sales; no cold calling is involved.
* Working towards monthly KPIs and targets.
