About the Opportunity
This is not a desk job, it is a relationship-driven, market-facing opportunity for a commercially sharp Sales Executive who wants to make a tangible impact. You will take shared ownership of a Queensland and NT territory, developing deep networks across mining, construction, and manufacturing industries. Success will come from your ability to connect, influence, and position a suite of highly technical, premium safety solutions that protect lives every day.
In this role, you will be on the move, meeting clients, walking sites, and building trust with both end users and channel partners. You will bring energy and curiosity to every conversation, uncovering opportunities and helping clients solve complex problems. The products you represent are recognised globally for innovation and reliability, but your real value lies in the strength of your relationships and your ability to translate technical capability into commercial outcomes.
You will be supported by a national team of experts, yet given the freedom to run your territory like your own business. About You
You are a connector, someone who builds relationships that last. With experience selling into the mining or industrial space, you understand how to navigate complex organisations and engage decision‑makers who value credibility over flash. You are self‑driven, confident in managing your time, and thrive when trusted to deliver.
Your success will come from persistence and presence: maintaining a strong pipeline, staying visible in your network, and knowing when to pick up the phone, jump in the car, or fly out to site. You are commercially astute, technically curious, and take genuine pride in representing products that make people safer.
