Job Opportunity:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR team, providing exceptional service to stakeholders and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data from various sources to inform HR strategies and drive decision-making.
* HRIS Management: Maintaining accuracy and consistency of HR data, ensuring seamless integration with HR systems and processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Providing HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, collaborating with HR Business Partners to deliver targeted solutions.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to HR-related regulations and policies, staying up-to-date on relevant legislation and awards.
* Operational Support: Assisting with HR operations outside of GHRO, including payroll processing, contract management, orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Project Coordination: Supporting HR projects as required, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
* Benefits Administration: Managing benefits processes and tracking members, ensuring timely and accurate benefits administration.
* Payroll Support: Assisting with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate tracking of employee changes and benefits.
* Query Resolution: Collaborating with the HR Specialist to manage and field queries, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a HR Coordinator or Officer role within a dynamic industry, delivering high levels of service.
* Relevant HR qualifications, such as CertIV in Human Resources or equivalent.
